As with all software, we sometimes run into hiccups down the road. There is a quick way to help fix a bunch of issues you may come across – you can do this by force stopping the app.  

Force stopping the app is like a refresh and reset of the app on your Zeeno robot. Here are the instructions.  

Step 1: Swipe the bar down the middle in the top of the screen, then click the squares in the top right of the screen.  

Step 2: You’ve now exited the Zeeno Robotics app and are “behind the scenes”.  

Step 3: From the home screen with tiles that read ‘locations’, swipe over until you see all installed applications.  

Step 4: Once you click all installed applications, a list of different apps will display. Scroll down to where it says “Zeeno Robotics”. You will not want to quickly tap the “Zeeno Robotics app, but you’ll want to long press it until the white Google Play Android screen comes up.  

Step 5: Look for the button that says “force stop”, once you press this, a window will come up asking you if you are sure you want to force stop – this is a formality, simply hit yes. 

Step 6: After a few moments, you’ll see the force stop button grey out and then over to the left you’ll see “open app”, once you hit open app – the app will now reopen.  

Step 7: That’s it!
