About | On this screen you will have some more information about your Zeeno, general information screen. |

Volume Slider | To adjust the volume on Zeeno, you can use this slider to lower or raise the volume. |
Voice Commands | You have the option to tell Zeeno to stop listening for commands or you can turn this on to have it listen for commands. |
Voice acknowledgement | Zeeno will listen for acknowledgment after prompting a patient. |
Obstacle Notification | You can turn the ‘beep’ option on for Zeeno to make a small little ding noise as it’s moving through the office if something or someone is in its way. |

Display Hardware Buttons | This gives you the option to turn off all buttons on the Zeeno. |
Kid Friendly Mode | If you’d like to have Zeeno display a face while moving around, you’ll want to enable kid friendly mode. |

Appointment Display End | Set the range of time, in minutes, for appointments to display. For example, if set to 60 minutes, appointments scheduled within 60 minutes of "now" will dispaly |
Appointment Check In End | This is the setting that you’ll choose late your patients can check in for an appointment on Zeeno. For example, if set to 60 minutes, and it is 2:30PM and a patient arrives at 1:20PM, they are considered late, and can't checkin |
Late Check In Message | If a patient is late for their appointment, you can customize whatever message you’d like for Zeeno to display. |
Appointment Display Start | This button will allow you to choose how early in your schedule that you’d like to show |
Appointment Check-In Start | This is the setting that you’ll choose how early your patients can check in for an appointment on Zeeno. For example, if set to 60 minutes, and it is 2:30PM and a patient arrives at 3:40PM, they are considered early, and can't checkin. |
Early Check-In Message | If a patient is early for their appointment, you can customize whatever message you’d like for Zeeno to display. |
Success Check-In Message | This is the message that shows up when a patient successfully checked in, you can customize here. |
Birthday Message Range | The range, in days, to display the birthday message. For example, if set to 3, and today is the 5th, any patient with birthdate on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th will see the birthday message |
Birthday CheckIn Message | This is the message that shows up when a patient successfully checks in with a birthday |
Check In Header Message | This is the message displayed above the appointment list on the check in screen |

Kiosk Mode | Turning this switch on will activate kiosk mode on Zeeno, meaning it will act as your very own kiosk. |
Let's Chat Mode | Activates Let's Chat Mode, which opens Kiosk Mode with only Let's Chat visible. |
Kiosk Timeout | After this amount of time of not receiving a task, Zeeno will return to it’s set home location and return to kiosk screen. |
Kiosk Action | This mode allows Zeeno to not only act as your checkin robot but also executing tasks when not checking a patient in. |
Kiosk Location | This will be the location you choose for Zeeno to always be at when not executing a task. After executing a task, it will return here and display kiosk screen for next kiosk function. |

Escort Request Attempts | This setting allows you to choose how many times you would like for Zeeno to prompt the escort attempt. |
Escort Request Duration | Choose the amount of seconds in between each escort attempt here. |
Fetch Requests Attempts | The number of times Fetch requests the item being fetched to be placed on Zeeno and acknowledged. |
Fetch Request Duration | The amount of time, in seconds, Zeeno will wait between verbal requests. |
Return Location | Sets the default area for Zeeno to go, if a task is not acknowledged. |

Battery Warning Level | Here you can set what percent you would like Zeeno to let you know the battery is getting low. |
Battery Charge Level | Here you can decide what percent you would like Zeeno to stop executing tasks and go charge itself. |
Battery Charged Level | You can set when you want Zeeno to consider itself charged enough to complete the remaining tasks or for the rest of the day. |

Send Logs | This button will send the logs to our server. You won’t really need to use this unless asked to. |
Restart App | This button restarts the Zeeno Robotics app entirely. |
Show Top Bar | This button reveals the time bar at the top of the screen along with the additional buttons. |
Update Map | This acts as a refresh map button to our servers and your Zeeno specifically. |
Backup Locations | This saves the locations you currently have saved to a backup. |
Restore Locations | This allows you to restore locations you have saved from the backup if you saved a backup. |
Request Permissions | To request permissions, you can click this button to request each of the permissions. |

App Version | This shows the version of Zeeno Robotics software that your robot is running. |
