Prerequisites:
- Active AnywhereDolphin Account: You'll need a valid AnywhereDolphin account to utilize the integration.
- Dolphin Ocean Service: Ensure the Dolphin Ocean Service is installed and running on your Dolphin server.

Enabling the Integration at AnywhereDolphin
If you have both an AnywhereDolphin account and Dolphin Ocean running on your server, follow these steps to enable the integration.
Log in: Access your AnywhereDolphin account.
Navigate: Go to Account > Ocean Server and Partner Integration Settings.
- Manage Integrations: Click Manage Partner Integrations.
4. Enable Zeeno Robotics: Scroll down to find Zeeno Robotics v2. Click Enable and confirm by entering your initials.
Dolphin Practice ID Registration:
Once the integration is enabled, we will handle the one-time registration of your Dolphin practice ID in our system.
3rd Party Integration Settings
We recommend reviewing the settings on the 3rd Party Integration page after enabling the integration. You can access settings from the Zeeno App: Settings. Go here to review a KB article
Using the Zeeno - Dolphin Integration
The integration can be accessed from both the Zeeno software on the robot and the Zeeno Web App software.
Working from the Zeeno Software on the robot:
- Actions Menu: Go to Actions > Check In Patients
- Patient Lists: This section displays two tabs:
- Patients Scheduled: Shows all scheduled patients for the current day and selected locations.
- Patients Checked In: Displays currently checked-in patients for their appointments.
Loading Scheduled List: Upon initial launch of the Zeeno software each day, manually load the "Patients Scheduled List" by clicking the refresh button at the top of the screen.
Automatic Refresh: Once loaded, the list automatically refreshes every 2-4 minutes. You can also refresh manually using the refresh button.
Checking In Patients: Click Check In for a patient to update their appointment status in Dolphin to "Checked In." They will then appear on the "Patients Checked In" list on the robot.
Greeting & Escorting Patients: From the "Patients Checked In" list, click Greet & Escort to send Zeeno to greet and escort a patient. This loads the escort screen with the patient's name pre-filled and the "From" location set to your Kiosk Mode location. Select the desired "To" location from the drop-down menu.
Working with Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode is designed to allow patients to check in for their appointments from Zeeno and also Chat with Stella - the Zeeno AI chatbot.
Check In For Appointment
Patients will be asked to input their birth month and day to check in.
If multiple patients are scheduled for the same time today, the patient will be presented with a list to select themselves.
Upon successful check-in, their appointment status in Dolphin will be updated to "Checked In."
If the patient arrives early, an early arrival message will be displayed, and they will not be checked in.
If the patient is late, a late arrival message will be displayed, and they will not be checked in.
If the patient's birthday falls within the specified range in the 3rd party integration settings, a birthday message will be displayed.Let's Chat
This opens Stella - the Zeeno AI bot to interact with patients. Once a integration is over, Zeeno returns to Kiosk Mode screen
Working from the Zeeno Web App
Dolphin Information Panels: The web app has two panels displaying Dolphin information:
- Check In Patient: Displays all scheduled patients for the current day and selected locations.
- Checked In Patients: Shows currently checked-in patients for appointments.
Opening Check In Patient List: Open this list to display all patients currently scheduled.
Automatic Refresh: After the initial manual refresh, the list automatically refreshes every 2-4 minutes throughout the day..
Checking In Patients: Click Check In for a patient to update their appointment status in Dolphin to "Checked In." They will then appear on the "Checked In Patients" list in the web app. (Note: Refresh the "Check In Patient List" by clicking tasks to refresh this list)
Greeting & Escorting Patients (Similar to Robot): From the Checked In Patients panel, click Greet & Escort. This loads the escort screen with the patient's name pre-filled and the "From" location set to your Kiosk Mode location. Select the desired "To" location from the drop-down menu.
Note: Escorting a patient does not update their appointment status in Dolphin. You need to manually change their status to "Seated" within Dolphin.
