Getting Started with Zeeno: Your Remote Setup and Training

We're thrilled to help you integrate Zeeno into your practice. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.

Remote Training Session

To streamline the process, we'll conduct a remote setup and training session via FaceTime or mobile video chat. For an optimal experience, we recommend using an iPhone.

During the session, we'll cover the following:

  • Zeeno Robot Basics (30 minutes):
    • Powering up and homing Zeeno
    • Navigating settings
    • Mapping your practice
  • Zeeno Robot Management Software (30 minutes):
    • Saving locations
    • Understanding core functionalities:

      • Fetch
      • Announce
      • Show Message
      • QR Code Display
      • Video Playback
  • Zeeno Web App (15-30 minutes):
    • Logging in and setting up
    • Controlling Zeeno remotely
    • Testing functionalities

Dolphin Integration (Optional):

If you're using Dolphin Management, we'll also enable and configure the Dolphin integration during the session. For detailed instructions on enabling the integration in AnywhereDolphin, please refer to the Enabling and Using the Zeeno - Dolphin Integration KB

Q&A Session:

We'll allocate time for a Q&A session at the end of the training to address any questions or concerns you may have.
