😊 Resting Smiley Face Feature
Starting with version v118, we’ve added a new system option called “Resting Smiley Face.” When enabled, Zeeno will display a friendly smiley face whenever it’s resting. The goal is to make Zeeno feel more interactive, approachable, and fun when it’s not actively running a task.
How to enable the feature:
Go to Settings → Hardware & Display → Enable Resting Smiley Face
Notes:

The smiley face appears after 30 seconds of inactivity when no tasks are active, and the software is on the Main Screen (the default state after a task completes).

For an even more playful experience, you can enable “Kid-Friendly Mode,” which displays the smiley face even while Zeeno is executing a task.
🚀 Enhanced Deliver Feature
We’ve significantly improved the Deliver function to make workflows even smoother and more intuitive.
New “From” Dropdown:
You can now specify the starting location for each delivery using the new From dropdown menu.

Select the location where the delivery will begin.

When Zeeno arrives at the selected location, it will wait for items to be loaded onto the robot.

Once loading is acknowledged, Zeeno will automatically continue to the designated To location.
This update ensures more control and flexibility in managing delivery routes within your lab or clinic.

⚙️ Additional Enhancements

Improved Video Player: Now supports video caching to enhance playback performance when internet connectivity is slow or intermittent.

Historical Log Tracking: Added detailed logs to assist with troubleshooting and support diagnostics.

Fetch/Deliver Defaults: Removed automatic default values for “Fetch” and “Deliver” to reduce setup errors and improve workflow accuracy.
🧩 Bug Fixes
General Fixes

Fixed layout issue on the User Screen.

Resolved issue with videos not uploading properly.
Enforced minimum password length requirements (passwords can no longer be set below the minimum threshold).
Usernames are now case-insensitive.
Fixed issue where password reset emails were not being sent.
Corrected a permissions issue where a regular user account could incorrectly change its account type.
Fixed a display issue where the map on the web app did not load properly.
Dolphin Integration Fixes

Fixed an issue where Check-in was not functioning correctly if the code was not “W.”

Fixed a bug preventing integration setting changes from saving properly.

📦 New Feature: Deliver with Zeeno
We're excited to introduce a powerful new capability in Zeeno — Deliver. This feature enhances Zeeno’s role as an office assistant by enabling it to autonomously deliver items to specific locations and confirm delivery with acknowledgment.
🚀 What is the Deliver Feature?
The Deliver feature allows Zeeno to carry out item delivery tasks within your office. Whether it's a case, document, instrument or whatever, Zeeno ensures it gets to the right place — and confirms that it was received.
⚙️ Prerequisite
To use the Deliver feature, you must have Zeeno version 100.1.109 (or later) installed.

Once updated, you’ll see the Deliver button appear in both the Zeeno mobile/tablet app and the Zeeno Web App.

If you don’t see the Deliver button, please ensure your software is up to date or contact Zeeno Support for assistance.
✅ How It Works
Choose "Deliver"
- From the Zeeno app on Zeeno or the Zeeno Web App, select the new Deliver option
Enter Delivery Details
You'll be prompted to enter two pieces of information:

What you are delivering (e.g., “cases, pans, instruments").

Where to deliver it (e.g., “QC", "Boxing" or “Sterilization Room”).

Autonomous Navigation

Zeeno will navigate to the specified destination using its smart routing system.

Delivery Announcement

Upon arrival, Zeeno will announce the delivery

Delivery Confirmation
-
The task is not considered complete until a person at the destination acknowledges receipt by pressing the on-screen confirmation button.

Fetch Request Attempt: Defines how many announcement attempts Zeeno should make at the destination before timing out.

Fetch Request Duration: Sets how long Zeeno waits before asking to confirm deliver
